Refund policy
All DripGlyph products are made to order.
Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.
If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dripglyph.com and include photos of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, issued to the original payment method.
Please contact us before returning any item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
